Expectation (life does not hurt you, You hurt yourself)

"we expect because we don't trust ourselves"  Why do we expect people ?  Is just that we can not fill our life with happiness by own? Is just that we need people's attention to make our life smooth? Is just that people whom we connect emotionally or mentally, better understand us. May be some would say yes, this reasons are enough to justify the statement 'why we need expectation'. But i think life doesn't work like that. We expect from everyone, everyone like everyone even from non living things too, yeah it sound sarcastic but it's true. Things help to improve ourseleve in quarantine life

Because of isolation, unnecessary things are hitting our mind and we can't fight against this thoughts as it is phenomenal to win over our mind. We are told about so many things which can help us  to prevent our mind from thinking too much and taking stress like meditation, yoga, reading good books and finding hidden skill within us.Yes, it works beautifully no doubt. Besides this i have something more interesting which may scale up our thought process system in reference to improved version of us. A list I have found from somewhere to do in quarantine life which, i thought, definitely improve our perspective towards ourselves. It's is a time to analysis where and who we are instead of thinking where and who they are. How powerful it is to think. (Think in a crisis too)

We all are taught to think because it works in our favour. We should not stop ourselves from thinking. Once in life, everyone goes through the phase where they have stop their self from thinking because that thinking process breaks and makes us weak. But I want to tell you that if something bother you to think, let allow them to think. Don't put yourself in the conflict between mind and heart. One says think and other says don't, and this whole journey of thinking or not, we waste our most important thing which is called TIME. I think time is more important than both the heart and the mind. So, I would suggest to think as much as you can think, whatever is bother you and makes you feel crumble. Sometime we don't want to think about our failure but our mind compels us to think similarly, we don't want to think about persons, friends, incidents and things because it only hurts but we stuck between mind and heart.
