Because of isolation, unnecessary things are hitting our mind and we can't fight against this thoughts as it is phenomenal to win over our mind. We are told about so many things which can help us to prevent our mind from thinking too much and taking stress like meditation, yoga, reading good books and finding hidden skill within us.Yes, it works beautifully no doubt. Besides this i have something more interesting which may scale up our thought process system in reference to improved version of us. A list I have found from somewhere to do in quarantine life which, i thought, definitely improve our perspective towards ourselves. It's is a time to analysis where and who we are instead of thinking where and who they are. I thought it helps others too, so i am conveying it to you too, because i believe whatever is good for me is good for all too.
so here is the list. I have added some of my interest you can add your too.
- What is the status of our physical health? We can work on it and we have enough time to immunise our body.
- What is the status of our mental health?
- Where are we in work of like. Do you know how to make a tea? hahaha
- How emotionally strong we are?
- Where are we in competence?
- What we want to be?
- How we serve to nature?
- Where are we in spiritual status (it my favourite one which i want to do always.)
We can work on above things and may find something interesting within us.
