Preventing Measure, the role of Ayurveda

India and the US' shared commitment to promote ayurveda - analysis ...

“Lets connect with ayurveda to disconnect the disease”.

                                        Preventing Measure
How you can make yourself safe from pandemic

Ayurveda is an ancient science theory by which a human can learn the true meaning of life and its potentiality. Basically Ayurveda defines the term “ SCIENCE OF LIFE”, it works by holding the true essence of life with basic science. Other branches of pathology like Homeopathic and Allopathic focus on the management of disease while Ayurveda provides us with knowledge of how to prevent disease and how to eliminate its root cause if it does occur.

In the time of pandemic where people are suffering not only from physical stress but also from mental stress. Everyone can do focus on physical health easily because it can be seen but what about the mental illness. Mental illness comes from the insecurity if we feel insecurity about anything which hits our mind directly and further affects our physical health. Mental health is fundamental process of making your body and soul comfortable in every situation and Ayurveda has a power to give strength to surmount these difficult situations. We human maximally focus on cure after suspecting the disease, that is obvious and all branches of science have solution too. But the Ayurveda is the only branch that ask people to prevent yourself from being sick. It provides varieties of performances and sanskars which boost our immunity. As we all know immunity and prevention work together, if we work on prevention our immunity (it is the only source to fight with disease) get boosted automatically because in the process of prevention we work on immunity indirectly and this is easier than that in which we are looking for cure.

So, Ayurveda does the same. According to the ayurveda, each person will be influenced by certain elements more than others. This is because of their nature constitution. In ayurveda there are many layers of science and sanskar which affect each human body scientifically with traditional method. That is why ayurveda is more significant branch of science in the field of curing and caring human. It not only tells us how to live life but also influences us how to live disease free life. It allows and guides us to run life systematically. Systematic life means how to sleep, what to eat, in which amount we should eat, what should we practice, how to make a mental peace around ourselves, how to interact with environment etc. It actually schedules our life process.

Today’s life becomes turmoil and hustle full because we treat our body like garbage, we don’t treat them as a pious shape of bone. Whatever we receive, we get it into our body, without considerating its after effect, whether in term of consumption or assumption. Over consumption affects our body and over assumption affects our mind and both can be prevented by method of ayurveda. If anyhow we get to know the upcoming consequences then we have been ensured that there is cure too and the ideology of “ there is cure too aftermath effect” is a cause of humanoid problem and increasing disease. So, we as responsible human we have to work on prevention that comes from Ayurveda.

Thank you.
